When is my ticket order confirmed?

If you are paying by credit or debit card, you will receive confirmation by email as soon as your payment has been authorised. If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, you will receive confirmation as soon as payment has been received into our account. Please remember that if this is not received within seven business days, the reservation will be cancelled.

When will I receive my tickets?

All tickets are printed and released 2-3 weeks prior to each event, then immediately sent by FedEx International Priority courier service, with a transit time of usually no more than 48 hours to any global destination. You will receive an email notification containing a tracking reference code for your delivery which can be used to check status updates on www.fedex.com. If you require a different delivery address, such as your hotel destination if you are already travelling at that time, please send full details to tracking@F1GPT.COM quoting your ticket booking reference number.

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission refers to standing areas that are not assigned or reserved and allow free roaming access to various locations around the circuit. These are the cheapest tickets available and do not include any access to seating on Sunday race days. To get the best viewing positions with these tickets we recommend that you arrive at the circuit as early as possible!

What is your policy on refunds or cancellations?

Under the Terms & Conditions of F1GPT.COM, all sales are final and there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellation of ordered tickets. The only exception to this rule is if an event is postponed and re-scheduled, or cancelled and abandoned entirely.
